Lorenzo Lamas (born January 20, 1958, Santa Monica, California) is an American film and television actor best known for his television lead roles as Lance Cumson on the prime-time soap Falcon Crest (1981–1990) and Reno Raines on the syndicated action series Renegade (1992–1997). The son of actor Fernando Lamas and actress Arlene Dahl, he made his screen debut as an uncredited youth in 100 Rifles (1969) and appeared in the feature Grease (1978) before breaking out on television. During the 1980s and 1990s Lamas transitioned between soap operas, action films and syndicated drama, later taking recurring and guest roles on contemporary television, voice work in animation, and family-centred reality television.
